Scholarship Details

Who is eligible?

Eligible candidates will be any student in Holmes, Jackson and Washington counties who are high school students graduating from public, private, or home school curriculum.

The applicant must:

• Be an “active volunteer” at Spanish Trail Playhouse

• Exhibit leadership qualities

• Provide proof of “good academic standing”

What Is The Scholarship Amount?

• One or more students may be awarded the amount of $500-$1,000 for the upcoming school year.

• The awarded amount will be given in two parts.

• The scholarship is awarded for one academic school year.

Where Can The Scholarship Be Used?

The scholarship is to be used at any accredited college, university, or technical college for the upcoming school year.

When Is The Deadline?

The application is due no later than April 1, 2027.

What Are The Specific Requirements?

1. Volunteer with the Spanish Trail Playhouse during high school years

2. Provide verified proof of at least 100 volunteer hours at Spanish Trail Playhouse

3. Submit a Spanish Trail Playhouse application with a current academic transcript

4. Have a final GPA of 3.0 or higher

5. Submit at least two letters of recommendation
